In 2015, world leaders from 193 nations agreed to create a plan of action for a better, more sustainable world by 2030.
The vision is to end poverty, fight inequality, address the climate crisis, protect biodiversity and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity.
The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, also known as the Global Goals, are the result of this ambitious plan – 17 goals for people, planet and prosperity. The Global Goals have been designed to be universal in nature, applying to all nations across the globe, and aim to tackle the biggest environmental and social problems the world faces today.
Our mission is to empower people and scale technologies that help solve the biggest environmental and social issues of our times.
The Global Goals inform us on how to make that happen.
